The new partnership which will come into effect on January 1st 2020, and will see Joma Sport supply Athletics Ireland with a full selection of team wear, including performance apparel for all international competitions.
This will not include the Olympics and Paralympics in 2020 though. The Olympic Federation of Ireland is expected to name a kit partner shortly that will produce kit across the entire Irish team travelling to Tokyo.
Joma Sport will also supply training kit and leisurewear for medal ceremonies, travelling and public appearances.
The new bespoke Joma Sport kit which will be designed and revealed in January will be worn for the first time by Irish athletes at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in China on March 13th.

“This 3-year sponsorship deal represents an exciting opportunity for both Athletics Ireland and Joma Sport to deliver great value, both to the national team athletes, and the wider running community in Ireland.”

More information will be announced in due course including the unveiling of the new kit.
