Following on from our Bingo story about this year’s Dublin SportsFest, the Dublin City Sport and Wellbeing Partnership has now unveiled a special prize pool for clubs with the most members taking part on the evening.
The online version of the game will be peppered with movement elements which will resemble the bumper breaks of Operation Transformation. Nothing too wild but enough to get you moving.
The new restrictions on gatherings from different family groups will put a focus back again on doing things with your family and this is a great idea to have fun, to do an activity together and to raise money for your clubs and yourself.
Eoghan McDermott will be the host on the night and fitness instructors from across the capital will be showing off the kind of simple moves that can get you fitter in the virtual show running from 5 pm on Saturday, September 26th.
All of the proceeds raised from the tickets, at €10 for each family group, will go straight into a fund specifically for clubs. There will be bonus payments based on the imagination which clubs show in promoting the event as well.
The event takes place at 5 PM on Saturday, September 26th and is supported by Dublin City Council, Sport Ireland and the EU Commission.
