Today Sport for Business will likely pass through 7,000 followers on twitter. It’s not in the realm of Donald Trump but it is a reflection of the reach we have built in the small but perfectly formed niche that is the commercial world of sport in Ireland.
It is part of a reach that includes over 3,000 followers on Linked in and 4,000 readers of the Daily news Digest.
To celebrate the achievement, to thank you for being part of the journey so far, and to stir some happy memories we would like to invite you to take part in a little competition, using twitter as the medium for the milestone that’s in it.
Over the next 72 hours simply tag @SportForBusines using #SfB7000 and tell us your favourite sporting moment of all time.
It could have been an All Ireland, a World Cup, a win or a loss, a child’s learning a new skill or any other moment that made you realise the power of sport.
Twitter forces brevity but that itself can be a winner in these time strapped days. Include a photo if you like and on Monday we will select a winner based on what made us smile or nod our head.
It’s a fun way for us to say thank you, now off you go…
The winner will receive a special print of their favourite sporting moment from some of the sporting world’s best photographers at Inpho.
