It’s a big weekend for Dublin football coming up and team sponsor AIG is ramping up its support with the release of another two videos showing the dedication of veteran midfielder Denis Bastick and Ladies defensive stalwart Sinead Goldrick.
Like any good content it is focused on the star rather than the brand though the logo is clearly present in most if not all of the scenes. The job is to get association and to have fans feel as though the brand wants to be with them as genuine fans rather than just sell insurance.
It’s a tricky balancing act but this is the kind of insight we would not see were it not for the brand.
