Daily Video Inner City GAA

They came from an amalgamation of St Joseph’s on the East Wall and O’Connell Boys on the North Wall.  The amalgamation to form one club in recent years meant that there was only one GAA club operating in the inner city of Dublin.

But that has been a source of pride and a way to galvanise the area, troubled in recent times by loss of jobs, drugs and violence.  In dark times sport can provide the kind of relief that gets a community through and AIG have captured that sense in the latest of their Dub Chronicle videos…
