Ten years ago a gang of friends united by a love of the Irish language took it into their heads to form a GAA club based on that rather than on the boundaries of a town or parish.
From a single team, it now fields 20 at underage level with hundreds of children coming to the club from the vibrant Gaelscoileanna being introduced all around the capital and further afield.
There seems to be a fair amount of craic as well as the serious business of playing games and now it features as the latest in AIG’s Dub Club Chronicles series.
