You have to play with the hand you are dealt and PRO14 Rugby will be pleased tomorrow to get the season concluded with Leinster and Ulster facing off at the Aviva Stadium.
Of course, it will be without the tens of thousands that might have been expected, especially from Ulster fans happy to be back in a top final for the first time since 2013.
The game is being shown live on a big screen at the Drive-In Cinema at the Lets Go Hydro resort in Belfast. That will at least give fans an opportunity to watch in a community, albeit one that is remaining in its cars and watching the Premier Sports coverage from afar.
A special promo code has been mailed to Ulster Rugby Season Ticket holders as well.
Guinness and PRO14 Rugby hosted a virtual Awards night last night with Richard Cockerill and Duhan Van der Merwe taking the Coach and Players Player of the Year Awards and Leinster’s Caelan Doris named as the Next-Gen Star of the season.
