Graham HenryGraham Henry, the 2011 Rugby World Cup winning coach will be spending two weeks of the Rugby pre-season helping to develop coaching structures at Leinster Rugby.

The idea to bring in Henry came from Head coach Leo Cullen who is keen to advance his own coaching experience.

The idea of bringing in a mentor to assist in professional learning is established practice in business and is a major positive move for Leinster who will help to pay for having Henry here by running a number of corporate events at which he will be a great speaker.

Rugby works within the business community in Dublin and this looks like a smart move to get the best and establish ever deeper relationships with the bank of Ireland and other corporate partners.
