Keane Joins Sport for Social Good LineUp

Ellen Keane has been revealed as one of the latest keynote speakers at next weeks Sport for Social Good Conference in Dublin, organised by Sport for Business.

Keane who won Gold at last month’s Allianz European Para Swimming Championships held in Dublin has been an eloquent and engaging advocate of the power of sport to change lives and she will be joined by Damien O’Neill of Allianz in a session looking at the power of business and sport to come together to effect real social impact.

They are the latest additions to a strong lineup for the morning event at the Wood Quay venue which will also see the publication of the First Sport for Social Good Report, published by Sport for Business.

“This initiative is about shining a light on the positive partnerships that are already in place and pointing the way towards how more companies can get involved in what is the fastest growing, and arguably most important area of what sport can do for us all,” said Sport for Business founder Rob Hartnett.

Here is the almost complete line up for the half-day event. We will name the final speakers over the next 48 hours. A limited number of tickets are still available if you would like to join us alongside The Manchester United Foundation, Allianz, Lidl, Bank of Ireland, Beko, Electric Ireland, Special Olympics, Glanbia, Core Sponsorship, Bord Gais Energy, BDO, The Federation of Irish Sport, PwC, The Dublin Simon Community, Ulster University, Galway Races, Ulster Bank, the FAI, Leinster Rugby, MS Ireland and many more.
