The Ladies Gaelic Football Association is to live stream all four of the 2019 TG4 Senior Provincial Championship Finals on Facebook.

The LGFA and TG4 have teamed up to ensure that viewers can tune into the TG4 Munster, Connacht, Leinster and Ulster Senior Finals over the next three weekends.

This is in advance of TG4 coming in to show all of the round robin and knockout games from the Championship.

The Facebook coverage commences with the clash of holders Cork and Waterford in the TG4 Munster Senior Final next Sunday evening, June 16.

Jerome Quinn will be joined in the commentary box by Kerry captain Amanda Brosnan, for a game that gets underway at 6.30pm.

The match coverage is being produced by Tyrone based Mac AV, founded in 2013 by Kieran and Darren McMullen.

They are one of a number of companies expanding into the world of live streaming coverage. This weekends’ Liberty Insurance Camogie All Ireland Championship gets underway with live streaming of one game from each round on Camogie’s Facebook page provided by nTrai.

The TG4 Connacht Senior Final clash between old rivals Mayo and Galway will be live from Elvery’s MacHale Park on Sunday, June 23rd while the following weekend will see coverage of both the Leinster and Ulster Finals.

In the coming week’s Sport for Business wil be taking an indepth look at the world of live streaming and how it is impacting on the landscape for sport and media in Ireland.
