Live GAA Returning to Screens

The first Live GAA action to be broadcast in four months will be the Wexford Senior Club Hurling Championship clash between St Martins and Oulart-the-Ballagh on Friday evening, the 17th of July.

It will be the first of two matches shown live that weekend on TG4 with Dublin heavyweights Kilmacud Crokes and Ballyboden St Endas being shown live on Sunday Afternoon, July 19th.

With club GAA holding sway until October it is likely that the local heartbeat of the sport will gain greater traction than ever before.

Will clubs be ready to accommodate any increase in demand from communities looking to get their children more active, now that it is back in altered circumstances on pitches up and down the country?

Watch this space for further developments in the Sport for Business Sports Club Hub which will be going live over the course of the Summer with a series of online session looking at how clubs can be as well prepared as possible as we emerge blinking from the pandemic.
