Mullan Final Addition to Women in Sport Conference

24 hours out from the 2019  Sport for Business Women in Sport Conference we are delighted to announce that we will be joined on the Player Perspectives panel by Katie Mullan, Captain of the Irish Women’s Hockey Team that recently secured passage to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.

This year’s Conference once again takes place at the studios of RTÉ and boasts a rich diversity of talented women and men that are committed to creating a more equal basis for sport in Ireland.

Mullan will be returning to within a strike of a ball of where qualification was secured a little over a week ago, and to within metres of where she led her teammates onto last Friday’s Late Late Show.

She will join World Champion Lightweight Boxer Kellie Harrington and Olympian turned Sports Psychologist Jessie Barr for our closing Player Perspective panel where we will look back and forwards on how three great stars of Irish sport have captured the imagination of the nation.

We have a great lineup to follow through the morning hearing from key thinkers and speakers across the sector.

All the places for this event have been snapped up. and there is no capacity for us to expand.   We have a waitlist in operation for which you can register below but as an alternative, the event is likely to generate a level of conversation on social media and we hope if you cannot be among those that are there on the day that you will be able to join us on social using the hashtag
