The company offers wellbeing programmes to a range of blue-chip clients in Ireland and Britain including Vodafone, Laya Healthcare and Microsoft.
The course was established by Munster Rugby in partnership with the University of Limerick in 2018 and is headed up by Enda Lynch, Head of Enterprise.
“One of the exciting offerings is the High-Performance Leadership One Day Programme which will be delivered in two Interactive half-day modules online,” said Lynch speaking to Sport for Business this morning.
“Every component of the programme, across our four key pillars of Energy Management, Fitness to Perform, Personal Balance and Alignment and Authentic Leadership are covered as they would be at our High-Performance Centre including discussions with our players and a respected business leader.”
“We have taken great care to ensure the learning experience is replicated in detail. The programme goes on sale today.”
The course uses elements drawn from the High-Performance techniques used by the province to develop players and covers areas from fitness and nutrition to psychology and leadership thinking.
Up until now, the course has been delivered as an immersive three-day residential course in Limerick and that will continue but in the likely slow return to normal travel and engagement, bringing it into the online space with a well-connected partner that already has connections into many of the leading employers is a smart move.
Spectrum Life opened up a base in London in 2019 and is expected to promote the Munster Rugby course across both markets as an additional element to its wellbeing offering.
