The FAI and New Balance have unveiled the new Ireland home kit ahead of it going on sale on September 14th.
It is a follow on from the new away kit launched in June and the second new kit for fans since the one introduced by Umbro for the Euro 2016 European Championship Finals in France.
The team is expected to wear both of the new kits in the forthcoming internationals starting away to Wales on Thursday night.
International kits do tend to change on a more frequent basis than club kits, giving rise in the main to a kaleidoscope of kits on fans in the stands.
This will have to vie with a new Dublin GAA kit expected later in the autumn, and the new Leinster Rugby kit from Adidas that was launched last month, for the lucrative Christmas market for replica kits.
