Pentathlon Ireland Transformed

Celebrity Operation Transformation is expected to draw an audience of over 500,000 viewers over the coming weeks and while exercise is always an important part of the show this year’s has a twist with the focus being on the key sports that make up Modern Pentathlon.

Stars of the sport including Natalya Coyle and Arthur Lanigan O’Keeffe are taking the contestants through training to change their lifestyle and get healthier.

In terms of exposure, this is perfect timing for a sport which will host the World Laser Run Championships in Dublin next year and is also undertaking a significant schools push to get people to understand the sport better as well as the work that goes into getting to the top.

For a challenger sport looking to gain support, appreciation and commercial interest getting the kind of exposure that Operation Transformation can deliver through the TV programme on RTÉ and through social media is invaluable.

Well done to Team Pentathlon Ireland for putting themselves in line for a year of what should be real growth.
