Sunshine and the weekend brought more people out yesterday than it was comfortable to see and while the #StayAtHome message is understood by most and seeming to have the desired impact, the chain is only as strong as the weakest link and there is at least another week and likely more of doing what is right by everyone, not just by individuals or single groups.
The Gaelic Players Association and the Women’s Gaelic Players Association have come together to produce a video in support for HSE messaging for people to stay at home at this current time.
The video features Kilkenny hurling manager Brian Cody Kilkenny, Armagh football manager Kieran McGeeney, and players Conor McManus, Ciarán Kilkenny, Lee Chin, David Moran, Aoife Murray and Sinéad Goldrick.
It has never been as important to be on the Home Team. It is part of a wider #HomeTeam campaign the GPA and WGPA have been pushing out on their social media channels since last week.
