400 children from 20 clubs around Ireland got the dream opportunity to play at the Aviva Stadium over the weekend.
With a number of them doubling up to take in the Leinster and Munster clash in the Guinness PRO14 around the corner at the RDS it was a pretty special weekend.
The National Festival was the culmination of four provincial Festivals which have taken place throughout the season at Galway Corinthians, City of Armagh, UL Bohemians and Tullamore RFC.
In total it is estimated that around 2,000 young players will have had the opportunity to take part in the competitions.
Players from all four provinces were involved on Sunday. It has been on their radar since the provincial tournaments took place in October of last year and a fitting way to celebrate the end of the season.
