Schmidt on Success with Cpl

The Rugby focus is firmly on Province and club at the moment but Joe Schmidt will always hold an audience in the palm of his hand and so it was yesterday at the official opening of Cpl’s new Sandyford office

Over 100 local business people were on hand to hear from and meet with Schmidt as he shared some of the secrets of his management and leadership style.

The Sandyford and South County Business district has grown rapidly over the past year and
Cpl have a number of clients based in the area, prompting the adoption of a more local approach.

We can only hope there were no representatives of Scottish, Japanese or Russian companies in attendance though Schmidt’s meticulous attention to detail means that he will have probably checked before tailoring his message.

Cpl is getting more and more into the world of sport with its sponsorship portfolio. Aislinn Brennan joined them recently from Ulster Bank to head up the Sponsorship activation and Johnny Sexton, a brand ambassador for the company was on hand last month to launch a new ‘World Class Talent Series’ of talks and discussions based around the ever-changing world of work.
