Sport for Business 20/20 is back. This year’s event will bring together 20 of the best and brightest sporting programmes for 2014 with 20 smart business minds willing and looking to support initiatives that will work for them in areas as diverse as consumer promotion, staff motivation and corporate social responsibility.
We are pleased to have the support of Ulster Bank once again and will host the morning event at the bank’s George’s Quay Dublin Headquarters on Tuesday, October 8th, a time designed to synchronise with a key period for determining budgets for the year.
Some of the comments from those who attended last year included:
“This is a great initiative. It is focused and gathers together people that would always ‘want’ to meet up but never quite have the time.”
“We have learned so much from today, in terms of how to present our case, and in terms of where we are in the overall context of sport. That is the perspective that partners are looking from and learning that is invaluable.”
“It was a great opportunity to see a wide range of ideas, delivered with a passion you can never get from a cold email. This will get some of those who presented past first base and there is a great value in that from both sides.”
“We are making connections through Sport for Business that would never have come onto the radar under normal circumstances but which could prove to be real winners.”
This is what it was like when we brought sport and business together in our first year.
