Sport took the top three places in the most watched ads on YouTube during the month of March.
The importance of relevant content and the use of well-known ambassadors has been key to the approach of Under Armour, Adidas and Nike over the long term and as advertising and sporting partnerships move increasingly into the online space, those core principles remain the same.
The ranking is produced by YouTube and is determined using a number of metrics including the absolute number of views, the view rate or how much of an ad people watch and the percentage breakdown between organic and paid views.
Here are the top three from March 2018.
