Sport for Business will be in Limerick tonight for the formal launch of SportsTech Ireland, a gathering of like minded advocates and experts pushing Ireland as a world leading destination for sports technology and innovation.
Friends of Sport for Business Clyde Hutchinson, Shadowman Sports Founder JP Hartigan, Former Irish Rugby Captain Rosie Foley and Marie Crowe are all involved as as representatives from Sport Ireland, the University of Limerick, Limerick Institute of Technology.

Tonight’s event will feature a number of international case studies from SportsTech leading companies from around the world.
The SportsTech Ireland co-founders Grainne Barry, Emily Ross and Martina Skelly will present the tenets of SportsTech Ireland’s not-for-profit founding principles. and will welcome partners, sponsors, advisors, mentors and press to gather and discuss the future of the sports and technology ecosystem in Ireland.
It promises to be an interesting evening and we will report on it tomorrow morning.
