The engines roared and the chat flowed at Mondello park yesterday as the track hosted a networking session of the Irish International Business network.
The track will host up to 15,000 spectators and drivers this weekend for JapFest, the fifth round of the Extreme Drifting Championship.
Last night though it was all about getting those who have =never experienced track racing out in a variety of single-seater cars, Porsches, BMW M2 & M4’s.
With state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, a virtual race Academy and lots of on-track offerings, Mondello Park continues to grow its corporate offering, and Sport for Business will be heading there early in the new year for a bit of networking, a big slice of fun and a little challenge laid down to our members.
There were a number getting their eye in last night including representatives from Horse Racing Ireland and the Curragh Racecourse; from Pundit Arena and the One-Zero team; from BSI Entertainment and Electric Ireland.
From the wider business community, Fáilte Ireland, Investec, Intel, Knight Frank, Host Ireland, Grid Finance, Know Finance, and Spark Crowd Funding were there as well.
“It was a great opportunity to let people get a feel for speed out on the track and to experience what we have down here in Mondello,” said Commercial Director Piers White.
“We are looking forward to putting on a nice event with Sport for Business in 2020.”
