Virgin Media is getting ready to show 26 games over 19 days as part of a Festival of Football.
The games will take place in the UEFA Champions League and the Europa League as both competitions head towards their delayed conclusion for the 2020 season.
Liverpool’s exit to Atletico Madrid back in March was a dramatic way to bring the curtain down unexpectedly on the games as Coronavirus began to rip through the continent.
Domestic Leagues returned and have largely been completed over the last five weeks and tomorrow will see the first games back in UEFA’s cross border European competition.
Barcelona, Man City, Real Madrid and Juventus remain in contention for the Champions’ League while Wolves, Glasgow Rangers and Man United are among the last 16 in the Europa League.
Man United’s tie against Lask at Old Trafford will be the first of the games to be broadcast tomorrow night.
The games will be shown in a mix across Virgin Media’s free to air and Virgin media Sport channels.
