AIG Ireland today announced its five new ambassadors for their summer sponsorship campaign called For Times Like These which focuses on the times, lives and sporting experiences of star LGFA players.

The new campaign continues to promote AIG’s Effort is Equal message with a new series of One Tribe video content focussing on each of the AIG Ambassadors and their stories.

The five ambassadors who will feature in the new campaign are Ciara Trant (Dublin), Vikki Wall (Meath), Kathryn Sullivan (Mayo), Aishling O’Connell (Kerry) and Aimee Mackin (Armagh) and they were in AIG’s Dublin offices yesterday to launch the campaign.

In addition, AIG also announced that LGFA players can avail of 25 per cent off car insurance and members can get a 15 per cent reduction in cost.

The senior group stages of this year’s TG4 All Ireland Championship got underway last weekend and continue over the next two weeks before the knock out stages in July.

“We were delighted to have the LGFA in AIG HQ to officially launch this year’s AIG summer campaign that focuses on our Effort is Equal message, which promotes gender balance and equality,” said AIG general Manager Aidan Connaughton.

“AIG is deeply rooted in the communities where our customers and colleagues live and our involvement with this campaign reflects our continued commitment to those communities.”

“We’re proud of the close partnership we have built with the LGFA over the years and we hope that their members have benefited from our commitment to them.”
