
Rigbag.com is a member of the Sport for Business Community and will be going live with a beta version among 200 enthusiats, mainly from the US, this coming September.
Randall Wharton found RigBag in 2011. When it launches it will be on a subscription basis, enabling enthusiast to find out information about extreme sports, to swap stories, exchange information, buy and sell equipment and trips.
“We want to become the biggest and best action sports community in the world, and make it easier for people to enjoy the sports they love,” Wharton told Silicon Republic.
The US wil be the initial target market, followed by the UK and Europe but the irish roots of the business will also hopefully have a spin off for those operating in the extreme space within Ireland.
