Horse Racing Ireland will appear in a TV ad tonight for the first time in eleven years.
The 30 second advert is part of a new campaign entitled Every Racing Moment and we are pleased to bring you a sneak preview this morning ahead of tonight’s debut.
The ad, and the campaign behind it which will include print and online advertising has identified a number of key audiences including those new to racing but not forgetting the core audience as well.
It is timed to get underway just two weeks out from Irish Champions’ Weekend which will be staged at Leopardstown and the new Curragh racecourse in two weeks time.
In tomorrow’s Sport for Business Digest we will have an exclusive chat with Horse Racing Ireland’s Commercial and Marketing Director Paul Dermody and go into the background of why now is a good time for the return to TV screens and what the thinking is behind the fresh new logo and the overall campaign.
