Galway County Camogie Board has formally launched its ground-breaking sponsorship deal with Westerwood Global, revealed by Sport for Business last week.
Under the deal, Westerwood Global will pay Galway County Camogie Board €250,000 to secure sponsorship rights including branding rights for all county camogie teams including the Senior County Team who are current All Ireland champions.
Basil Holian, Chair of Westerwood Global was on hand in Galway with the team to unveil the new Galway shirt that will be worn for the first time in the Littlewoods Camogie National League getting underway this coming weekend.

This is a great deal to strengthen the sport of Camogie across the country as well as just in Galway.
Seeing the strength of a team sport and telling its story to new audiences across the United States where much of Westerwood Global’s focus is can only be a positive.
