It didn’t work out on the pitch for London in their first ever Provincial GAA Championship final but they have enjoyed the season with wins over Sligo and Leitrim and they now face Cavan in the All Ireland Qualifier series. It might not end any better than Sunday but a few teams and sponsors will learn some lessons in how to make the most of unexpected advancement.
