The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon has announced a new two-year partnership with Leapmotor Ireland, who come on board as the event’s Official Motor Sponsor.
The agreement marks a timely alignment, arriving just months after Leapmotor – one of the world’s fastest-growing electric vehicle brands – officially entered the Irish market.
For the Mini Marathon, which has been a flagship celebration of women’s achievement for over four decades, the addition of a cutting-edge EV brand reflects its continued drive to evolve and inspire.
For Leapmotor, the collaboration offers a major platform to introduce its brand and technology to a national audience that increasingly prioritises green mobility.

The timing reflects significant momentum in Ireland’s electric vehicle market. With over a third more EVs licensed year-to-date compared with 2024, and more than half of Irish drivers considering an electric or hybrid for their next purchase, the Mini Marathon presents Leapmotor with a high-visibility, authentic stage to connect with future-focused consumers.
