TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Football Finals

Three national champions will be crowned as the TG4 All-Ireland Ladies Football Finals take centre stage at Croke Park. Galway and Kerry contest the Senior Final following the Junior and Intermediate deciders in a day that also celebrates 25 years of TG4 sponsorship. Alongside activation from Lidl, SuperMac’s and the LGFA, it stands as one of the strongest examples of long-term commercial partnership in Irish sport.

Carrickmines Croquet & Lawn Tennis Club, Dublin
Ireland’s leading professional tennis tournament concludes as international players compete for the W50 ITF World Tennis Tour title. The event, supported by Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council, Tennis Ireland and BearingPoint, demonstrates Ireland’s growing ability to host elite international tennis while providing valuable opportunities for Irish players to compete at home.
Women’s Irish Challenge

The inaugural Women’s Irish Challenge on the LET Access Series concludes at Malahide Golf Club. Bringing together emerging professional golfers from across Europe, the tournament represents another important milestone for Golf Ireland and the continued growth of women’s professional golf, complementing the country’s expanding portfolio of international golf events.
AFLW Ireland Day

The Woolshed & Virgin Media Park, Cork
The day begins with an early-morning watch party for the historic Australia v Ireland AFLW representative match from Sydney, before moving to Virgin Media Park for the Irish Banshees against a European Australian representative side. Organised by AFL Ireland and AFL Europe, it celebrates the remarkable contribution Irish players have made to the rapid growth of women’s Australian Rules Football.
Club Orange Women’s FAI Cup Quarter-Finals

The road to Tallaght Stadium continues with four quarter-finals across the Bank Holiday weekend. The standout fixture sees Bohemians host Shelbourne at Dalymount Park on Saturday afternoon, while Galway United face Sligo Rovers and Athlone Town meet Shamrock Rovers. All matches are available live on LOITV, underlining the increasing visibility of the women’s game.
Galway Races Summer Festival
Friday to Sunday
Ballybrit, Galway
The country’s biggest racing festival heads into its busiest weekend with top-class Flat racing, packed hospitality, business networking and one of Ireland’s great summer social occasions. The festival continues to demonstrate horse racing’s importance to tourism, hospitality and the wider Irish sporting economy.
Famine Way Ultra

Dublin to Strokestown Park, County Roscommon
Ultra-distance runners will tackle either 50 or 100 miles along the historic Famine Way, retracing one of Ireland’s most significant historical routes. The event reflects the continued growth of endurance participation sport, attracting competitors from Ireland and overseas while combining sporting challenge with heritage and tourism.
