Irish Rugby TicketsThe IRFU has released the remaining tickets for the upcoming Guinness Series of international matches against Australia, Samoa and New Zealand.

The package of tickets available on ticketmaster include single match tickets for the New Zealand game as well as two and three match packages.

It will be a pleasant diversion from the troubles of trying to find a way forward for European Club Rugby but is also an indication of the reduction in available spending that there should still be tickets available on general sale for a match that would have sold out many times over from within clubs in years gone by and doubtless again in years to come.

The IRFU has been imaginative in promoting the opening game of the series against Samoa.  It is making a grant of €400 available to clubs who are travelling to the game with a minimum of 45 in a group.

Tickets can be purchased online through ticket master though additional charges will apply.  Tickets.ie which handles the sale of tickets for the GAA and which sold over 200,000 this summer through Centra and Supervalu outlets across the country does not make an additional charge and could be seen as an alternative provider that clearly has the capacity to deliver for big occasions and is an Irish owned company.
