Robbie Keane may have hung up his international boots but he still has a star appeal that is sought by brands to make a connection.

He has long been flying backwards and forwards between Dublin and the US so was a perfect model for Aer Lingus when they wanted an image and an ambassador to get out the message of a €100 discount on all flights to the US and Toronto.

It doesn’t hurt that the pictures were taken in the middle of Terminal 2 and were able to create a bit of a star buzz about the airport as well.
