Connacht Rugby have kept things local with the appointment of Sligo based healthy snack company, Good4U, as the provinces Official Snack Supplier.

The family owned business was established in 2004 and now employs a staff of 50. Their range of snacks include Roasted Seeds, Super Seed Snacks, Fresh Sprouts and the newly launched Super Bites and Kids Super Bites range which are naturally rich in calcium, high in fibre and contain energy boosting magnesium. Good4U products are available from supermarkets nationwide.

The obvious connection between food and sport has led to a number of announcements in recent months with Linwoods renewing their partnership with Dublin GAA and Forest Feast maintaining involvement with swimming, athletics and golf.
