We are live this morning at Cycling in Ireland 2021, a Sport for Business event in partnership with Cycling Ireland.
There is a great line up of speakers and an equally impressive audience drawn from across sport, business, tourism, government and the cycling community.
We will hear from Cycling Ireland CEO Matt McKerrow on his hopes for the year ahead, building on the momentum of as many as 700,000 people getting on their bikes on the island of Ireland over the past twelve months.
Diarmuid McSweeney from Gym + Coffee and Sean Prunty from Kine=tica Sports will join us as well as Antoniette McDonald from Axa looking at ways in which commercial partners have been able to add value to the sport through innovation and imagination.
The question of infrastructure and participation will be addressed by Una May from Sport Ireland and Robert Burns from Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and we will spend time in the company of Eve McCrystal bidding to add to her impressive haul of World Championship, Paralympic Games and national titles.
The action gets underway sharp at 09:30 and will run for two hours.
Over 150 have registered to join us so far and you can do so too via the link below.
