Eve McCrystal is one of Ireland’s most decorated athletes with Paralympic Gold and Silver alongside Katie George Dunlevy in Rio and three World Championship Golds in 2017, 2018 and 2019.
She only came to cycling at the age of 2019 after competing primarily in triathlons up to that point.
