The new trailer for EA Sports’ Fifa 16 has been viewed over 3 million times since it was uploaded 24 hours ago. It confirms that women’s soccer is to be represented for the first time, a number of new elements of gameplay and that it is an increasingly important additional market for brands sponsoring in the sport.
Etihad Airways, Samsung, Barclays and Qatar Airways are just some of the many brands who are gaining additional leverage out of gaming.
