2020 is a big year for Rowing Ireland – four boats have qualified for the Olympic Games, and there is still an opportunity for two more to gain a spot.
Team Ireland visited the elite Irish rowing squad at their base in the National Rowing Centre in Cork to talk about one of Ireland’s most successful sports in 2019 and what’s ahead in 2020.
There is plenty of insight, as well as a new flowing O’Donovan hairstyle, and a sense of the amount of work that has gone in so far across this Olympic cycle.
