GAA President John Horan at The Sporting Year Ahead

GAA President John Horan is to be the keynote interview at the Sport for Business Sporting Year Ahead event at the Aviva Stadium on Thursday morning, January 23rd,

Horan is entering into the final year of his term as president of the most important sporting organisation in the country and will be in conversation with Rob Hartnett covering a wide variety of issues from social inclusion to fixtures, education to a revamp of the All Ireland Football Championship and how he sees the Association developing over the next 20 years.

We are delighted to add John to what is a stellar line up of leaders from sport and business that will guide us through the coming twelve months.

There is one final discussion which we will confirm this Thursday, one week out from the event taking place in the FAI Suite at the Aviva Stadium between 0730 and 11 am.

Two of the key sponsors behind Team Ireland’s bid for Olympic and Paralympic Glory in Tokyo with Aidan McLaughlin of Indeed and Sinéad Moriarty of Circle K have also been added to join the CEO’s of the Olympic Federation of Ireland and Paralympics Ireland to set the scene for the Summer.

Our four knowledge bursts will highlight one World Championship and two European Championships coming to Ireland this year and one special anniversary of a major sponsorship.in Lacrosse coming to the University of Limerick in July.

The FAI Suite at the Aviva Stadium will be the venue for the Sport for Business Sporting Year Ahead Breakfast event in partnership with Teneo.
