Business Development Manager at Nemeton TV


Nemeton is an international TV and streaming production company based in Waterford and Glasgow.

The company is best known for its live productions of GAA, rugby, soccer, horse racing, boxing and much more, for clients include TG4, BBC ALBA, RTÉ and Sky Sports, sports associations like the GAA and international streaming broadcasters like MSTV.

It is now seeking someone who will generate new business for its cutting-edge media production team.

The company’s aim is to always be innovative while making an impact for its customers and ultimately the sports fan.

The Job

An exciting opportunity for someone to join the team to help bring in new clients and with them broadcast opportunities, technical services and sponsors for the TV and streaming business.

If you have a passion for sport and great business skills, then this position is designed for you.

You will report to the CEO.

The duties of this position include:

  • Finding new opportunities by building relationships with broadcast, corporate and sports organisations
  • Crafting commercial proposals which work for both the client and Nemeton
  • Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders and be their initial point of contact

  • Be a persuasive negotiator
  • Be extremely well organised
  • Be passionate about sport

Other requirements

  • Travel will be a necessary part of the job
  • The position is based in our HQ at An Rinn, Co. Waterford
  • Full clean EU Driving Licence
  • A knowledge of Irish would be an advantage

Cycling Ireland Youth Development Officer (Connacht)


Cycling Ireland is recruiting for the position of Youth Development Officer (Connacht). The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing Cycling Ireland youth membership and youth/junior participation in the Connacht region.

The purpose of the role will be to work in concert with the CI Youth Commission; the Connacht Provincial Committee (Cycling Connacht), and affiliated cycling clubs within Connacht to drive participation in cycling activities, initiatives, and events.


Cycling is one of Ireland’s largest participation sports with over 510,000 people cycling on a weekly basis within the Republic of Ireland and is recognised as a priority sport within the National Sports Policy 2018-2027.
