The Federation of Irish Sport is seeking a new Business Services Manager to work closely alongside CEO Mary O’Connor.
The Federation is the representative body for Ireland’s National Governing Bodies of Sport and Local Sports Partnerships. It has a current membership of 103 sporting organisations and provides a valuable voice in terms of relations with Government as well as providing key services to members.
The job spec outlines that there is considerable scope within the role to take a lead in developing relationships between partners and members.
There will be an administrative role in managing cases through the Just Sport Ireland arbitration service which the Federation runs as well as event management skills in pulling together the Annual Conference as well as the Sport Industry Awards and the Volunteer in Sport Awards.
