Lindt Choco Wafer has been named as an Official Supplier of the 2026 KPMG Women’s Irish Open, adding another consumer brand with broad family appeal to one of Ireland’s strongest women’s sport properties.

The tournament takes place from August 27th to 30th on the South Course at The K Club in County Kildare, with world number four Charley Hull confirmed in the field alongside Ireland’s Leona Maguire.

The KPMG Women’s Irish Open has been named Tournament of the Year on the Ladies European Tour in both 2024 and 2025, underlining the strength of the event experience and its growing commercial appeal.

As part of the supplier agreement, Lindt Choco Wafer will have a presence across the four days of the tournament, treating players and guests as part of the wider festival atmosphere around the event.

The partnership reflects the broader positioning of the Women’s Irish Open as a premium sporting and lifestyle occasion. Organisers have placed increasing emphasis on the spectator experience, with this year’s event including an expanded Family Village, interactive activities, entertainment for younger visitors and free admission for children under 16.

That blend of elite sport, family entertainment and premium hospitality has helped make the tournament an attractive platform for brands seeking to connect with a broad audience in a positive live-event setting.

“We’re delighted to welcome Lindt Choco Wafer on board as an Official Supplier of the 2026 event,” said Cian Branagan, CEO of ForeFront, the promoters of the event.

“This tournament is about more than world-class golf; it’s about creating a brilliant day out for fans of every age. Having a brand as loved as Lindt on-site adds another layer of enjoyment to the experience. We’re looking forward to seeing Lindt become part of the buzz at The K Club this August.”

The arrival of Lindt Choco Wafer strengthens the event’s commercial roster and highlights the value of women’s sport as a platform for consumer engagement. With strong Irish interest through Maguire, international profile through Hull, and a growing reputation on the Ladies European Tour, the KPMG Women’s Irish Open has become one of the standout sponsorship environments on the Irish summer calendar.

“We’re thrilled to be part of such a special event in Irish sport,” said Marie Jaouen, Brand Manager for Choco Wafer.

“Lindt Choco Wafer is proud to elevate every moment at the KPMG Women’s Irish Open with a touch of crispy, creamy, dreamy indulgence. We’re really looking forward to being part of the atmosphere at The K Club this summer.”

With premium brands, elite players, and a strengthened family offering all in place, the 2026 KPMG Women’s Irish Open continues to build its status as a flagship moment in the growth of women’s golf and women’s sport in Ireland.
