A new category has been announced for the Federation of Irish Sport Sport Industry Awards which will recognise the standout performance of a Woman in the Business of Sport.
The award is in partnership with KPMG and will reward sustained excellence by a female professional working in business related to sport on the island of Ireland that has delivered innovation, growth, leadership or standout services in the industry.
Nominations are now open to put forward an individual who has shown significant achievement in the advancement or promotion of Sport, be it through the creation of or implementation of a new innovation, use of technology, or campaign conceptualization/execution resulting in a step change in sport.
The nomination window is a short one with the closing date for this and eight other public categories this coming Friday, May 5th.
Sport for Business in partnership with AIG is this year celebrating the tenth year of our 50 Women of Influence in Irish Sport and the winner will potentially come from one of the many talented Women who have made that list over this extended period of time.
