The second edition of National Fitness Games Ireland is just over a week away, with over 250 teams already signed up to compete at the Sport Ireland National Indoor Arena on Saturday, April 15th.
NFG FitGames is the ultimate test of power, endurance, speed and strength, and got off to a flying start with last year’s inaugural event in Dublin.
It is open to all levels of individuals from Novice (NOVO) to Experienced (OPEN), with workouts tailored for participants of all abilities.
All participants compete in teams of 4 (Male, Female, and Mixed) in the Novo and Open categories.
There has been significant take up this year from individual gyms and company gyms entering teams. There are still a limited number of places available with registration closing on Monday evening, April 10th.
FlyeFit, Grenade, Koncept, C11 Recovery, Fyffes and Inside Nutrition are all on board as sponsors for the event which is run and managed in Ireland by Titan Experience in partnership with Navy Blue Sports.
The parent company in England where the event is well established was co-founded by Kenny Logan, Paul Sefton, and Mark Hartnett-Morgan. It stages events across the UK.
