Paddy Power has extended its partnership with the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) in a new multi-year agreement that will see the Irish bookmaker remain as title sponsor of some of the sport’s biggest events.

The renewal builds on a hugely successful collaboration, with Paddy Power set to continue its naming rights of the Paddy Power World Darts Championship and expand its presence across the PDC calendar. The deal ensures the brand remains front and centre at one of the most-watched events in world sport, with last year’s championship breaking viewing and engagement records.

The extended partnership will also support the PDC’s ongoing work to grow the sport globally, enhancing fan engagement, broadcast innovation and player promotion.

Paddy Power’s creative campaigns have become synonymous with the World Darts Championship in the past two years, helping to attract wider audiences and drive social conversation far beyond the oche.

PDC Chief Executive Matt Porter welcomed the announcement, describing the renewal as a strong endorsement of the sport’s growth and commercial appeal. “Paddy Power have brought incredible energy and creativity to our biggest events,” he said. “Their commitment in this new agreement will help us continue to expand the reach of Darts and deliver world-class entertainment for fans.”

Paddy Power said the brand was “delighted to keep throwing our weight behind the PDC,” adding that the World Darts Championship had become one of the standout moments in the sporting calendar for fans and punters alike.”

“But above all, we’re proud to support the vital, life-changing work of Prostate Cancer UK. Our Big 180 charity campaigns have become huge, award-winning initiatives, and we’re committed to helping create a world where no man dies of prostate cancer.”

The extension ensures Paddy Power will remain a major driving force behind the sport’s biggest stages as the countdown continues to the next World Darts Championship at Alexandra Palace.
