RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player will screen this Sunday’s UEFA Women’s Champions League Final meeting of Wolfsburg and Lyon.
This is the first time the game has been shown live on Irish television and builds on the success of last summer’s comprehensive live coverage on RTÉ and TG4 of the FIFA Women’s World Cup,
The show will be presented by Jacqui Hurley, who was a guest on the Sport for Business Daily last week on the publication of her new book.
She will be joined in studio by Aine O’Gorman and Stephanie Roche with Ruth Fahy alongside George Hamilton on commentary.
Kick-off in the Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastián, Spain is at 7.00 pm on Sunday 30 August with coverage starting on RTÉ2 and RTÉ Player at 6.45 pm
