Elverys is to invest €1.5 million in upgrading its 55 shop estate around the country and will create 40 new jobs through the opening of a new store on St Stephens Green in Dublin.
Taoiseach Enda Kenny was on hand to make the announcement yesterday at the company’s Castlebar Head Office.

The investment will see new store fronts across the whole estate and refits for the stores in Blanchardstown, Sligo and Arklow.”
There wil also be a new online platform developed and deployed in the next 12 months.
“The 40 new jobs will be created right across our network in our e-commerce, marketing, retail management and retail operations’ departments.,” said Patrick Rowland, CEO of Elverys Intersport.
