There are still tickets available to purchase for Ireland’s Quarter Final match this Sunday at the Rugby World Cup. As of early this morning tickets are on sale through the official Rugby World Cup ticket portal at £150 and £250.
Surprisingly flights from Dublin to Cardiff are also still available with a single return flight leaving Dublin at 0600 and returning from Cardiff at 1850 on Ryanair available to by at a cost of €410.
Aer Lingus flights leaving slightly earlier and returning later are better value at €323.
Flights to and from London, Birmingham, or Bristol are less but given the difficulties faced by fans travelling into Cardiff by train last weekend that would be seen as a less attractive option.
Sport for Business would like to wish good luck to Leinster’s Mike McCarthy who looks set to join the irish squad as a replacement for fallen captain Paul O’Connell. McCarthy joined us as part of an IRUPA group at a Sport for Business social night in Croke Park last year and will grasp his chance with both hands should it present itself.
The quarter final against Argentina gets underway at 1300 in Cardiff on Sunday and will be televised live on TV3.
Hear from leadership organisations including Three, Heineken, Epsilon and RTÉ Sport about how they see The Digital Future of Sport at our special half day conference in Dublin on Wednesday, October 21st. Reserve your place today.
