After days of close analysis and a morning of vibrant discussion and healthy debate the shortlist for the inaugural Irish Sport Industry Awards has been determined.
Those on the list, published below, have achieved a high level of excellence and are an outstanding representation of just how much talent and energy there is within the business of Irish sport.
The winners will be presented at a special awards ceremony in Dublin’s Smock Alley Theatre on Thursday November 5th.
Rob Hartnett of Sport for Business was among the judging panel that met yesterday, chaired by Matt Cooper, and including Barry Walsh, Cliona O’Leary, Ian Talbot, Ian Hyland, Niall McGarry, Pat Gilroy, Ray Moran, Ray Nolan and Russell Murphy.
