Ulster University staff, students, alumni and friends are running the Belfast Marathon on 1st May in aid of Mind Your Mood, a student initiative which aims to raise awareness of mental health issues, offer support, improve mental wellbeing and de-stigmatise mental health.

With 75 per cent of mental health difficulties developing before the age of 25 and the pressure on many to juggle complex work, study and personal lives, students are a particularly vulnerable group.
