Vodafone have stuck to their theme of getting fans involved in the Irish rugby set up with the launch of a new campaign built around the visit of England to the Aviva Stadium on St Patrick’s Weekend.
Jordi Murphy and Sean Cronin were on hand to launch the #TeamOfUs Bus in Dublin yesterday. Vodafone are giving sixteen fans the ultimate #TeamOfUs match day experience with tickets, travel and hospitality for a game that long ago sold out and will be one of the hottest tickets of the year.
Fans from all four provinces will be given the opportunity to travel to the game in style on the #TeamOfUs Bus.
This will be kitted out just like the official team bus, and will feature artwork celebrating iconic Irish rugby moments from the last nine months. Fans will have their say on which players and photos will feature on the artwork to make it the ultimate #TeamOfUs bus.

That extends the competition from a one winner approach to everybody who participates feeling they have had some say in how the day develops. Very inclusive and an engaging way to link the campaign between player and fan experience.
Ireland stars Jordi Murphy and Sean Cronin are lined up to provide insights from camp life and match day routines to their fellow passengers on the bus as it travels to Dublin for the game.
“As proud sponsors of the Irish rugby team, Vodafone is delighted to launch the #TeamOfUs Bus today,’ said Sponsorship manager Gerry Nixon.
“Our aim is to connect fans through the country, and help bring them closer to the team.”
“As the RBS 6 Nations nears its climax, what better way to celebrate our partnership than to provide sixteen lucky fans with the last tickets available to the England game.”
“We will bring loyal fans throughout the country to the Aviva, while enjoying a very special experience with members of the team.”
“The Irish rugby team brings the whole country together. At Vodafone, we want to drive support for the team and be a part of that journey!”

“I have been missing the Ireland camp since picking up an injury last November, so I am delighted to be back in the fold on match day,” added Murphy.
“Vodafone have created a fantastic competition, and I am delighted to be a part of the #TeamOfUs inaugural bus journey. Sean and I are really looking forward to meeting fans on match day, and travelling to the game together.”
“If I can’t be on the pitch, the next best place I can be is supporting the team and enjoying the game with our loyal fans.”
To enter the competition, fans are invited to share their favourite Irish Rugby moment of the last nine months with Vodafone Ireland using #TeamOfUs on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. The competition will close on 1 March.
